Outflow Pressure Screen is used for the screening of the pulp.

1. Performance and Function

Outflow pressure screen is designed for screenin section of stock preparation lines. Its main features are high capacity, very good screening efficiency, minimum loss of fibres in rejects and low demands on installation, attendance and serving. Variant usage of different types of rotors, screen baskets and drives enables to satisfy individual requirements of every customer. In waste paper processing lines pressure screen works as a primary stage of coarse screening using screen basket with bored holes or in the end stage of final fine screening(using slotted screen basket), where removes even very fine granules, plastic foils and stickies from the stock. It can be also used for distribution of the stock flow acoording to the fibre lenght-fractionation. Out flow pressure screen can be successfully used in pulp mills for final fine screening of bleached or unbleached pulp. It separates small knots, bark pieces and nonfibrous components. In ground wood it can be used for separation of larger pieces of wood as well as for final screening.
